Terrible! No tea and coffee, no soap etc,no tv and breakfast breakfast not included . Worst place we have ever stayed at . Walked out after 1 night.and no refund for second night.Would not recommend it to anyone!!! Room was basic and nowhere near as good as similarly priced places.

The hotel is located 13km from the historical park. The room is too small and hot. The aircon doesn't work well. We had to turn on the fan also. The bath. is poor with no toiletries. There's no TV in the room. The car park is too small also, so you need to book in advance. The breakfast is not included in the room rate, but you can pay 150 Baths. and enjoy... There's free wifi only at the restaurant. The owner and his wife are very nice and worried with the guests.. I can't say this for his son. They allowed our pet free of charge. In general the hotel is ok if you stay all day long out.

This Guesthouse is excellent in providing a welving and pleasent atmosphere. The lady running this Guesthouse is very involved with your comfort and all other requests. I had to go to the hospital twice and the lady directly offered her help bringing me and helping me around in the hospital. I've never ezperienced such helpfulness before! For me, this Guesthouse is a must stay when in Sukhothai!
